BACKGROUND
CONSISTENCY CRAFTING THE DEFINING LOOK FOR APTIV’S CORE VALUES
Designing Aptiv's Values Campaign was a multifaceted project aimed at deeply embedding the company's core values into its culture and operations. The campaign required the creation of a compelling visual identity that resonated with employees at all levels and across global locations. This involved designing a suite of promotional materials, including posters, digital assets, and interactive content, all aligned with Aptiv's brand guidelines.
Additionally, I orchestrated a strategic launch plan that included internal communications, events, and workshops to ensure widespread engagement and adoption. The result was a cohesive and impactful campaign that successfully reinforced Aptiv's values, fostering a unified and motivated workforce.

RESEARCH
BENCHMARKING AND BRAINSTORMING
During the benchmarking and brainstorming phase of Aptiv's Values Campaign design, I examined the values and cultural visuals of other companies, analyzed industry best practices and innovative design trends, and gathered inspiration to create a visually compelling campaign that aligned with Aptiv’s brand standards.

DESIGN PHASE 1
INITIAL DESIGNS AND FEEDBACK
In the initial design phase of Aptiv's Values Campaign, I developed multiple visual concepts and prototypes that embodied the company's core values of Playing to Win, being One Team, Acting Like Owners, Acting with Urgency, having a Passion for Results, and Operating with Respect, ensuring each design aligned with Aptiv's brand identity and resonated with its diverse workforce.

DESIGN PHASE 2
UPDATES AND ADJUSTMENTS
In Design Phase 2, I incorporated feedback from stakeholders, making targeted updates and adjustments to refine the Value Campaign’s design. This iterative process ensured that the final product addressed all input effectively, enhancing visual appeal and alignment with Aptiv’s objectives while maintaining clarity and coherence throughout the culture and value campaign.

In the final stage of my design process for Aptiv's Values Campaign, I fine-tuned the chosen visual elements, ensuring consistency and clarity, and prepared the materials for a seamless rollout across all communication channels.
